No-Cost Higher Education Efficiency Performance Program
The HEEP Program provides a comprehensive approach to higher education's energy efficiency needs by tailoring customized solutions for your facility. The program will account for your unique facility needs, budget concerns, and energy efficiency goals at no-cost to participants. HEEP works by combining the traditional energy efficiency program with a holistic, whole-facility approach, dispensing energy efficiency services, technical assistance, and incentives to support your energy goals.

CLEAResult initiative's progress relies heavily on district support and proactive engagement, starting with general opportunity logs for HVAC control systems, then looking at the opportunity registers, doing a trend review, and finding very specific things that we could do to fix issues, provide extra comfort and save money/energy.
