About The Partnership
The Energy Resource and Sustainability Partnership (ERSP) is operated by FPPS and is dedicated to promoting energy efficiency and sustainability in the California Community College (CCC) and California State University (CSU) systems. Our goal is to support the implementation of environmentally-friendly practices to reduce energy consumption and lower carbon emissions. FPPS works with the CCC Chancellors' Office, the CSU Chancellor's Office, California Energy Commission, the CLEAResult Higher Education Efficiency Performance (HEEP) Program, and California energy utilities to provide funding opportunities and trainings to colleges that are committed to sustainability.
