Here are just some of the perks of becoming a Climate Corps Partner: You get a full-time sustainability champion for 10 months. You'll receive a pool of expertly matched candidates to choose from, and we'll take care of the hiring and HR. Your Fellow will receive extensive training, with professional development opportunities tailored to your specific industry or sustainability project. You can test out new talent - our Partners frequently hire their Fellows upon completion of the fellowship. Fellow positions often save money and/or pay for themselves by significantly reducing utility bills, optimizing processes, identifying funding, etc.
