SEI Climate Corps Fellowship Program

Host a Climate Corps Fellow to help drive your organization’s sustainability and climate-related projects forward.

Could a Climate Corps Fellow help drive your organization’s sustainability and climate-related projects forward?

Here are just some of the perks of becoming a Climate Corps Partner:

  • You get a full-time sustainability champion for 10 months.

  • You'll receive a pool of expertly matched candidates to choose from, and we'll take care of the hiring and HR.

  • Your Fellow will receive extensive training, with professional development opportunities tailored to your specific industry or sustainability project.

  • You can test out new talent - our Partners frequently hire their Fellows upon completion of the fellowship.

  • Fellow positions often save money and/or pay for themselves by significantly reducing utility bills, optimizing processes, identifying funding, etc.
