Energy Conservation Assistance Act (ECAA)
1% Loans up to $3 Million for Energy Projects
The ECAA program provides 1% interest loans for eligible energy projects including energy storage systems, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects to California Native American Tribes and public institutions. The maximum loan amount is $3 million.
